A link to the CMMR 2019 online registration website is given at the bottom of this page. Please read the following instructions with the different registration options, before proceeding to the online registration and payment.
Note that the registration process consists in two steps. First you need to pre-register (students need to send a copy of their student card at this stage), then upon reception of notification, you must proceed to step 2 by connecting to the link provided in the notification message. Please note that you must proceed all the way to the payment to be registered. If the process is interrupted, you need to start the process all over again (from step one).| Registration periods | Start date | End date |

For each paper, poster, demonstration, and installation submission, at least one author must register for the whole conference by the early registration deadline for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. To encourage the participants to get to know each other and spend as much time as possible toghether during the conference, the full week registration (October 14 - 18, 2019) includes all the events, i.e. attendance to all the technical sessions, the CMMR 2019 concert tickets held on the evenings, lunch meals, coffee breaks (2 per day), and the gala dinner.
Students receive a discount rate and must send a proof of their student status by email to: cmmr2019-registrations (at) prism.cnrs.fr
Please do so before or soon after pre-registration, and indicate "CMMR 2019 student proof" in the subject of the email.

The CMMR 2019 Gala Dinner will be held on Thursday October 17, 2019. More information will soon be posted.
During the online registration procedure, you will be given the possibility to book an additional seat for the Gala Dinner for accompanying guests. The price for additional Gala dinner tickets is 70€.
